A State Court authorized this Settlement Website
A settlement has been reached with Woodloch Pines, Inc.; Woodloch Spa Resort, LP dba The Lodge at Woodloch; and The Woodloch Lodge and Spa, LLC and Woodloch Spa Resort, LLC (“Woodloch” or “Defendants”) in a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges that during the May 2024 targeted cyberattack (the “Data Incident”) on Woodloch's computer systems, certain files that contained private information were accessed. These files may have contained personal information such as names; addresses; Social Security numbers; dates of birth; driver’s license or state ID numbers; financial account information; passport numbers; payment card information; taxpayer ID numbers; medical information; and health insurance policy information.
The lawsuit is called In re: Woodloch Pines Data Breach Litigation, Case No. 594-CV-2024. It is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County, Pennsylvania (the “Litigation”). Woodloch denies that it did anything wrong, and the Court has not decided who is right. The parties have agreed to settle the lawsuit (the “Settlement”) to avoid the costs and risks, disruptions, and uncertainties of continuing the Litigation.
If you have received notice from the Settlement Administrator via postcard, then Woodloch’s records indicate that you are a Class Member and entitled to benefits under the Settlement.
Your rights are affected whether you act or don’t act. Please read the Notice and this website carefully and completely.
